Every animal deserves a chance at a safe, loving life. This belief is the heartbeat of Wild Revival Co, a non-profit dedicated to animal rescue, fostering, and adoptions. Behind this mission is a passionate team driven by compassion, experience, and a shared vision to make a real difference for companion pets and wildlife alike. This post introduces the people who started Wild Revival Co, what inspired them, and the goals they are working toward.
Our Story: How Wild Revival Co Began
The idea for Wild Revival Co grew from a simple but urgent need. Our founders witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by injured wildlife and abandoned companion pets. Many local shelters were overwhelmed, and animals often lacked access to proper care or foster homes. This gap sparked a determination to create a foster network that could provide temporary homes and specialized care while animals awaited adoption.
One founder recalls rescuing an injured hawk on a hiking trail. The bird needed immediate help, but no facility nearby could provide the care it required. This experience highlighted the need for a dedicated wildlife rehabilitation program combined with a strong foster system for companion pets. From that moment, the team committed to building an organization that would fill these critical roles.
What Drives Us: Our Mission and Motivations
At Wild Revival Co, our mission is clear: to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. We focus on two main groups:
Wildlife Rehabilitation: Providing medical care and safe environments for injured or orphaned wild animals until they can return to their natural habitats.
Companion Pets: Rescuing abandoned or surrendered pets, placing them in loving foster homes, and finding permanent families through adoption.
Our motivation comes from the stories of animals we have helped. For example, a young dog named Luna was found abandoned in a park, scared and malnourished. Thanks to our foster network, Luna received the care and love she needed to heal. Today, she lives happily with a family who adores her.
Every success story fuels our commitment. We know that behind every rescued animal is a chance to change a life, and that drives us to keep growing and improving our services.
Building a Strong Foster Network
A key part of our work is the foster network. This group of dedicated volunteers opens their homes to animals who need temporary care. Fosters provide a safe space for recovery, socialization, and training, which increases the chances of successful adoptions.
Our foster families come from diverse backgrounds but share a common love for animals. We support them with training, supplies, and veterinary care to ensure every animal receives the best possible care.
For example, during a recent rescue of several abandoned cats, our foster network quickly mobilized to provide homes. This rapid response prevented overcrowding in shelters and gave the cats a calm environment to thrive.
Our Goals for the Future
Wild Revival Co has clear goals to expand and improve our impact:
Increase Rescue Capacity
We aim to rescue more animals each year by expanding partnerships with local shelters and wildlife centers.
Grow the Foster Network
Recruiting and training more foster volunteers will allow us to care for a larger number of animals and reduce shelter overcrowding.
Enhance Wildlife Rehabilitation Facilities
Investing in better equipment and spaces will improve the care we provide to injured wildlife.
Promote Adoption Awareness
We want to connect more animals with loving families by hosting adoption events and increasing community outreach.
Educate the Public
Offering workshops and resources about responsible pet ownership and wildlife protection is a priority.
Each goal supports our mission to create a safer, kinder world for animals in need.
